I think Bob nailed with the quote above. Most of us take extremely good care of our cars and most of them still look like they are brand new. To me the 03-04s still look amazing but they definitely look dated. I remember when I had my C5Z and seeing the new C6s made the C5 look really dated.

Bob nailed it yes. Those of us left with terminators take care of the cars more than your average driver. They are mostly garage kept and not driven in inclement weather.

Case in point: my Cobra is close to or better than factory condition after driving it for almost 10 years!

Even the undercariage on some of these Terminators look like new after 20k + miles!

I've never had it happen. Really it just show's how many people know little to nothing about mustangs, even though there everywhere.

I had one dude pull up next to me in his own terminator and ask me what year mine was. I told him 04. He said his was an 06 with an aftermarket blower. I thought I was in the twilight zone for a second...

So clean...but what is up with the bumper in this pic. It may just be the angle, but it looks like the bumper doesn't line up with the quarter..? Not taking anything away from your car, it is spotless.

Haha. You're right it doesn't. These cars are not perfectly built and had alignment / gap issues from the factory. From some angles it becomes more apparent like the one you pointed out. However both sides are identical and symmetrical. I looked at 04sleeper's photos and you can see the alignment issue there as well. I would guess they are all the same.

If both sides were different it would bug me but this is just the way it was designed.
