First obvious question - Did you record it onto some sort of digital media, or just to a video tape? If it's in MPEG format, just find somewhere to host it (geocities?) or ask someone to host it for you. If it's on a tape, you need to encode it by connecting your video camera to a computer with video input (usually on the video card) and recoding it to an mpeg file on your computer.
If you don't know how to do this, or don't know if your computer has that capability, ask someone around you to help, since it's hard to explain via forums =)
