Decided to start installing some of these winter upgrades I've been holding on to now that the nice weather here in Michigan is around the corner. Nothing major, just a few items I've been wanting to do. Hoping to have everything wrapped up this weekend so I can get it over to be aligned soon.
I found someone selling these cobra style calipers cheap on marketplace last fall so I picked them up. Wasnt sure about using them or going with caddy brembos, but I decided to clean these up and toss them on. Previous owner looks to just have sprayed them without any prep.
I stripped the old paint off and prepped them for a nice coat of black
I'm happy with the result for now, just from an aestheics point of view over the standard GT brakes I had looks much nicer.
I wanted to try out some coilovers without breaking the bank so I ordered these Pedders to give them a shot. Don't hate on me too much! Also came across some amber's and NOS gauge bezel. Mine isnt too bad, but it's little details like that I enjoy to freshen the car up.
I just want to go over everything to ensure it's tight, put the wheels on and start to dial in ride height. Hoping to knock it out this weekend. I'll post some updates soon when it's on the ground
