First time I've seen that 2005 MT article. That was a great mods project for the time it was done. That was the early beginning of what I'll call the Terminator horsepower wars. The jump from the ported Eaton to twin-screws resulted in ever climbing horsepower numbers. The Terminator is still one fearsome beast!
