I have a 99 Cobra Convertible and want to get wheels id like to run 17x9 up front and 17x10.5 in the back with a 315/35/17 tire. ive heard that this setup will fit the 03 and 04 cobra's but not the 99's that you have to do some kind of fab work to get the rears to fit.... is this true???

So i have a 99 Cobra and was driving home the other day.. got behind some slow people was doing about 45mph. i go to pass the 3 cars.. down shift into 2nd gear wind it out catch 3rd and BANG!!! i go to shift into 4th and it was very hard to shift. got it home and shut it off when u start it up...

howdy first time posting here.. I have a 99 Cobra thats non-charged im lookin into superchargers. and don't really want to spend $5000.... ive found a few used ones off of 03-04 cobra's would they work for my car??? would i need all kinds of install kits to get it to work??? or should i just go...
