I need a little help from the group. First off, I searched the forum and could not find anything on the subject. I just changed pads using the tool to push the pistons in and also replaced the rotors. I put everything back together and tried to go for a test drive but the front brakes do not...

Problem solved. It was the pad thickness. Solid rotors use the thicker pad and vented rotors use the thinner pad.

I cannot seem to find the correct part number. Even tried cross referencing with no luck..

Crazy question, do you happen to know the correct part number? What grit sandpaper would you suggest? I'm guessing just doing it by hand?

The pads I bought showed for SVT Cobra at the parts store on the computer. I didn't realize the GT pads are thicker either though.

I am attempting to change my pads and rotors on my 03 terminator. I have wound the piston in as far as I think it will go. I have changed the rotor to a Baer rotor with stock calipers. The new pads seem to thick to get the caliper on. The old rotors which I assume are original on the car...
