I will be going with the D1SC Procharger. Waiting till January to buy since that is when my motor arrives.
How much power are you putting down to the wheel?
Hi All,
I am having a 363 Stroker built on a Dart SHP block. I will be putting a supercharger on to compliment the motor.
I know there are a lot of threads on this but none I could find within the last few year. Besides the obvious (ProCharger in Intercooled). What are the main differences...
For all that wanted an update on the car, please delete if not allowed.
Mods so far:
- 5 lug swap plus disk brakes
- Built rear end
- Full Maximum Motorsports Grip Package
- Weld Wheels
She is undergoing major surgery right now ;)
Getting Maximum Motorsports maximum grip box as we speak. She needs some paint work but that will be in due time. Motor will get put to work next year and I neeeeeed a set of forged wheels.
Go on my instagram @thesvtfamily. I have some pictures of...
@Max97COBRAtkd I see you have the strut tower brace...and I'm guessing the SB Cobra was a vert, did you remove the x-brace (assuming you did LT headers). If so what did you do? Just Strut Tower?
I have 315/18 R888R and do not rub.
I also have MM coilovers which I highly recommend if you have CCW's.
I have driven on the R888R for a couple hundred miles and they grip really well, but are a bit noisy. If you have aftermarket headers and cat back you wont hear them though.
I recommend...
That is going to sound wicked! I will take a video this weekend with high quality mic. Love the sound it is not raspy at all!
I just purchased MM sub frame connectors and they should be in this week. I think the strut tower is just very unappealing to the eye.
To all my convertible guys (and general consensus),
So I just installed American Racing Headers (1 7/8 with offroad x-pipe and Borla Stingers, will post video of it soon)
The issue is that the x-brace no longer fits because it wont clear the headers.
My questions is to all my vert guys is...
I have a 2012 Super Snake with Borla Stingers catback and 1 7/8th American Racing Headers with their catted x-pipe and it sounds unreal when you get into it. It's not to loud at idle and nice at cruising speeds. Guys at ARH said my cats will eventually burn out because of the high temp of Kenne...
+1 on this, Bobby does an amazing job on every car he has worked on. He is fair when it comes to pricing and he's upfront on what you need and don't need.
Okay, I do not know if this has been talked about before (I have not found a thread on it).
Besides the seat covers that are provided by other vendors that are either unappealing or make your ass slide around in the seat. Are there any awesome quality seat covers to protect our pristine seats...
I think this is going to be the winner, was doing some casual searching of course and I came across this. Can't believe it has 3,000 miles on it....I was cringing looking at these pictures.
Link to the disaster...
This is exactly what I was looking for! I will be doing the 1 7/8 headers with 3' collector. If you can find any videos please let me know. I would love to hear this.
1320Junkie, he has been recommended to me a few times. He lives in the Connecticut area. I will be having him port my blower in the spring time. Check his instagram out because he posts pictures of his work

I just received my CCW classics and they look amazing. I waited 13 weeks for them but that's because I ordered them in the beginning of the summer and they are crazy busy. I never once had a problem getting a hold of CCW. I always spoke with Andrew every time and he was more than helpful for...
Cobros,
I've been doing some serious thinking about exhaust. I really want to pick up some American racing headers 1 7/8 with 3 inch collector, would love to go catless.
BUT, I really like the h-pipe sound, I emailed ARH to see if they would do an h-pipe instead of an x-pipe. Still waiting on...
Update:
I went to ACI Dynamix in Seymour, CT yesterday and they did a stellar job. Very professional and honest! I would recommend them for fellow car owners who need their fenders rolled.
