I did not see a weapon… other than the 2 ton projectile he launched next to the officer, as he tried to get away…

Not sure what that button hook was about… maybe on drugs? Lol

So would a non-state sponsored person be withing their legal rights to spray and prey someone who actually steals their car, almost hits them, backs into a car then kinda charges but runs away?

I see you.

You keep wanting to compare an average citizen to a officer of the law…

Apples to oranges, comrade.

But to answer your question, depending on the state, yes, you may shoot some one who steals your car and in the process puts you and others in danger of serious bodily harm or death / attacks you.

1. Law Enforcement are "average citizens"
2. Agreed, Non-State Sponsored are held to a hirer standard.

But can I shoot them while they run away?

What was the deal with the wide turn and reengage after the initial charge?
Judging from the fence that was a "secure yard" and most likely had no visible clear exit, that plus panic is my guess.

What was the shot/hit ratio on this one??? Guessing he took several center mass at point blank and it still took 9 seconds for his knee to hit the ground.

No bro… at that moment in time while wearing the uniform and during official duty, they are not ”average citizens”…. not even close.

thats like saying the teenagers and the high school Principal are all human beings, therefore, they have the same authority and privileges while at the school… it would be laughable.

No… they dont have the same “rights and protections”…. they have different roles in that setting and each role comes with its own “advantages and disadvantages“…

I get it man… I have had SHITTY encounters with some cops. Some of them are turds. But then have also had encounters with great / outstanding individuals.

They do an incredibly important job in society. They keep most of the dirt and chaos at bay. You just have NO IDEA. You do not want a society left unchecked.

These guys have to be hard. If they are not, they get eaten alive.

Thats why you show respect and dont **** around with LE.

Unless you are uncivilized filth…. Then be my guest.
