Check out this 93 RX7 I've got in for repairs right now. Not perfect but maybe one of the best examples around. Only 35k miles on it and interior and seats are nearly immaculate. I'll post finished pictures since the rear sub assembly and left suspension is jacked up, but I hit the jackpot and found maybe the only good available used sub assembly with all the needed susp parts I need for this repair. Plus, insurance is paying out all of the list prices for the parts needed and a new rear sub is $2460 and I got the used setup with 45k on the car it came from out of Ohio for $2450 shipped so I have all the money (about $3500) from the additional parts and labor to put into various needs or keep as profit.

Just always loved these cars since I was a kid and 31 years later they still look modern today. Only mods I noticed are the TE37s, Tein coilovers, and HKS exhaust and intake.

That's a really nice one. I well remember the RX-7 back in the day. I owned a couple of Mazdas (one was an MX-6 GT) back around that time, but as much as would to have loved to buy an RX-7, it didn't have back seats for the young kids. LOL.

They're so small but sitting in the driver seat and just slowly moving it around shop you can tell how connected the driver is to the car. You can feel everything through the steering wheel and the car fits like a glove around you. I'll likely be able to get a test drive in considering the repairs which I'm excited for since I haven't driven one of these before.

Report back after you test drive it. That should be really cool.

Really nice looking Cyclone GT. Does it have the factory 390 S code engine?

I remember back when these first came out, we were a Mazda dealer at the time and sold I think 8 of them. We were a real small dealer but the only one around selling them at sticker.
I also remember the one that we coordinated with Mazda on the buy-back because another local-ish dealer took it upon themselves to "fix" the dent in the roof when they got it off the transporter. The guy that bought it couldn't figure out why his was the only one he had seen without the aerodynamic shape to the roof.....the dealer thought it was dented in transport. :)
