This is why cops shoot to kill when someone is charging with a knife

THEN...... there is the CT State police who appear to be scared little bitches.

No threat, not charging, like 15 feet away smh. Cops use the "29" feet rule to justify these type of shooting which imo is total BS.

The argument is if someone charges u with a knife u wont be able to shoot and stop him in time..... There is a valid argument for that tho and IF someone IS actually charging u ur then justified. THIS was not justified at all. Just a scared nervous little bitch.

This would be the second time ive seen the CT State Police discharge their weapon in the last couple years for no good goddam reason smh.

The second Trooper is now on trial for manslaughter for again discharging his weapon due to a "Knife threat" that never existed!

To me it looked like he was reaching for it to draw as he was getting attacked. Too little too late.

True, but target the kill box. The targets used to have that box that kinda covered the lower part of the chest and upper abdominal area. Just a general center mass shot.

Ours have gone away from that center mass square. Chin to nipples is best in a hurry.

That video with the mental and 2 knives in hand. I have to say, I would dropped him as well. Being in a house with little room to move around. Even with a person having their weapon drawn, 20 feet is not far enough away from someone with a knife. And we are also forgetting LEO training says that if a subject has a deadly weapon. The LEO is not required to use any force less than what is presented. So a tazer is not even required in that situation. Last thing I would say. Just because you shoot someone that doesn't mean the fight is over. Many situations where cops shoot someone multiple times and the subject is still able to inflict major damage on the cops.
