I was looking at those, but the wife says I don't need one. Honestly, not sure how much I'd use it, and I'd need to start buying propane again. My oldest has one and loves it.
I'm going to buy one, I have a Big Green Egg and an Offset Stick Burner, but I hate when I cook breakfast in the house and even with the exhaust vent it still smells like it the rest of the day. I don't know how much I'll use it but I'll open up some options that's for sure.

Being able to keep the mess out of the house when doing smash burgers or breakfast would definitely be nice

Rarely do breakfast at home, so that's one of the big reasons not to get one. Haven't got into that smash burger stuff, and no clue what it is.

Drop 2 chunks of ground beef on the griddle, flatten out with a spatula, season/flip/season, then pull off and drop some cheese in the middle. Think Five Guys style.

The grease makes a hellacious mess inside, a Blackstone would be great for just keeping all that outdoors

I gotta step my game up in here. Lol. I’ve been out of the grilling game for a long time. Slowly getting back into it. Grilled some spicy Italian sausage, and some bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños last night. Tomorrow night ima try some spatchcock chicken on the grill.
