1x weekly works for me, 2x as well if I split the dosage up. Varies from man to man. I’d rather not poke more holes than necc… and yes pellets suck dick.

Haha All those rappers have such hysterical stage names I try to make them sound a bit more respectable. 'Ol Dirty Bastard is probably my favorite moniker.

I'm considered the old grumpy guy at work. So, that's the name they gave me LMAO!!!! I consider it a badge of honor LMAO!!!

I grew up with my four uncles and mom smoking. She gave it up but most of them never did. I've smoked but with being in the Military most of my life it wasn't a risk worth taking. I don't care who does what in terms of it. Gummies put my wife in the hospital due to ignorance and thought she was having seizures and had to call 911 one night. Don't go from "I love CBD" to a Delta 9..in case you didn't know. But she used them to help turn her mind off so she could sleep...not any more. Believe there is a huge market for medicinal purposes.

Tough question. I don't think there is one right answer that covers it for everyone.

Personally I do believe the devil's lettuce can really **** some people up. Some folks just can't take it and end up making one bad decision after the next.

For me its very destructive. Lot of paranoia, anxiety, depression (the trifecta). Maybe decades ago when I first smoked up there was a time when it was a nice relaxing buzz. But as time passed and/or strains got stronger and stronger I started having negative reactions. To all strains. Today, I can recognize when my mind is in the right spot, or not, and adjust accordingly. I've had some pretty dark days in the past with MJ. Somehow I stayed the course and fought through it. I learned a lot about myself in the process but it also gave me insight to other folks who smoke. Now I can "smell" the excuses from a mile away...

Question Is medical cannabis treatment associated with improvements in health-related quality of life?

Findings In this case series of 3148 patients, significant improvements were reported on all 8 domains of the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey health-related quality of life assessment after commencing treatment with medical cannabis. Improvements were largely sustained over time.

Meaning These findings suggest that medical cannabis treatment may be associated with improvements in health-related quality of life among patients with a range of health conditions.

Results In this case series of 3148 patients, 1688 (53.6%) were female; 820 (30.2%) were employed; and the mean (SD) age was 55.9 (18.7) years at baseline before treatment. Chronic noncancer pain was the most common indication for treatment (68.6% [2160 of 3148]), followed by cancer pain (6.0% [190 of 3148]), insomnia (4.8% [152 of 3148]), and anxiety (4.2% [132 of 3148]). After commencing treatment with medical cannabis, patients reported significant improvements relative to baseline on all 8 domains of the SF-36, and these improvements were mostly sustained over time. After controlling for potential confounders in a regression model, treatment with medical cannabis was associated with an improvement of 6.60 (95% CI, 4.57-8.63) points to 18.31 (95% CI, 15.86-20.77) points in SF-36 scores, depending on the domain (all P < .001). Effect sizes (Cohen d) ranged from 0.21 to 0.72. A total of 2919 adverse events were reported, including 2 that were considered serious.

Conclusions and Relevance In this case series study, patients using medical cannabis reported improvements in health-related quality of life, which were mostly sustained over time. Adverse events were rarely serious but common, highlighting the need for caution with prescribing medical cannabis.

My father is going to be 74. Never tried drugs till it became legal in Canada.

He was anti drugs his whole life.

After he tried it his first thoughts were "why wasn't this legal long ago?"
