Their title is a bit misleading but story is wild…. Marine stops likely mass shooting situation with bare hands… Police come and Marine discloses he carries a handgun (with permit from another state)… but handgun was never pulled or used to stop the bad guy. Police proceed to arrest Marine because there is no reciprocity between states….

Well it sucks, and the guy is basically a hero for what he did, but he did break Maryland state law. They don't recognize any other state's license to carry and by current law they don't have to. Looks like he's not going to take a plea deal and will be willing to fight it so we'll see where it ends up.

Will be interesting to see this end up in front of the current SCOTUS. It raises several Constitutional questions including the Full Faith and Credit clause of Art. IV.

1. It’s Maryland.

2. I blame the LEOs. “I’m jUsT dOiNg mY jOb, dOnt liKE iT, CHanGe tHe LaWs.”

**** off.

3. Perfect example of why you don’t speak to law enforcement. EVER.

So glad I never have to set foot in that shithole state ever again.

It's unfortunate he had to be arrested but I would imagine he will get leniency for his actions.

I believe MD has some ridiculous shit called “guilty with an excuse.” I can’t remember the exact terminology but it just means “I’m pleading guilty, please don’t **** me in the ass with the Bench Book.”

As a CCW holder in Maryland are you obligated to tell officer you are carrying? Or only when asked?

Years ago you couldn’t even carry outside of the guidelines of your permit.

For example, you carry large sums of money from your business to the bank. Carry any other time than that, and you could be charged.

You were hoping she finished the video in a bathing suit.

Ah! Swear I somehow watched the video without realizing that there was a fine piece of white meat…. Nice tits! Certainly would not have minded the bathing suit.

I might have been a little distracted this am… lol
