My point is on Shelby cars it’s the allocation (only assigned by zone reps) not the priority code the dealer assigns.
Ex—dealer can place any code 10-19 and it won’t ever be built until the zone rep gives the dealer the allocation and only then can the zone rep move it to 01-09 and then it is an approved order and waits for VIN/build date.

They sent me back the deposit. I'd rather have the car though. In the end it works out, there's other stuff going on in life right now that I'd rather be focused on.

I feel your pain. Same thing happened to me. I check online every week or so for a used low mile '21 or '22. Good luck to you.

i know i just joined the forum and all, but my local dealership has a New 2022 CFTP Cyber orange with vinyl top/sides sticker price is $104,xxx. i know its the only one they are getting so they are asking for 30k over but also open to offers before they send it to the auction. located in Bloomsburg, Pa.

nothing official, material hold on my 22 order still, no confirmation from Ford on acceptance or a 23 model.. i'll will call again in a week.. dealer took my order and another to the regional meeting to talk to the regional manager about our orders.. regardless of what happens, i'll post about it..
