that's not what happened.. dealer ordered car as a 22, waiting on production if Ford can build them in time. as explained in my last comment..
Prior to your "last comment" you said this

Russo said:
my dealer has mine and another customer's GT500 waiting to be approved by Ford. He said it'll most likely be a 23 model as well.

Now you're saying your dealer didn't say "it'll most likely be a '23 model"...?

Where’s the guy that knew a Ford insider and had confirmation we were getting a TT GT500…..that thread had legs.

Let’s be honest these cars with twins and the DCT would be epic.
Sleeper Hellion kit is the ultimate to me. I’ll probably do that eventually. Just watch the PBD video on that.

Buddy has twin snails on his GT350. Always problems with the clutch and/or tranny.

OEM engineers speak in different terms and time to torque is an interesting goal. One goal that’s hard to beat with a TVS. Turbo lag is real but I’ll take some lag and have me pinned to the Recaros from 4000-8000rpm after a bit of lag :)

Looks like they did a ton of research on this one.

I have a 22 ordered with my local dealer since first week of December last year. Base HE with tech. and base seats. They called me today said its on material parts hold. Tried to tell me they think it will be a 23 as well. I told them what I understood it as, and they didn't have an answer. Can anyone pull a ford order number to verify? I've had a sneaky suspicion that they might be playing games with my order. Glad I have my orange and blue 21 in the driveway, but I've had my heart set on a HE forever now.

Did they provide you with a copy of the DORA? Doesn't mean the car will be built but at least shows that the order was acknowledged by Ford.

Also in same boat here.
Something huge like 50% of orders in the order bank are for Brittany Blue cars.
Mine is a black painted stripe CFTP version.
I’ll be honest with you, enjoy your ‘21 and just look at it as luck if your HE gets built.
I doubt any games are being played, just more demand than can physically be built.
I just picked up my Eruption Green ‘22 from paint correction and ceramic coating and I’m not sure I could swap
it for the ordered car.
Good luck on the HE!

What is the priority code number?
We’ve learned that doesn’t mean anything on the Shelby cars.
Sure the dealer can put a priority 10 on it (highest priority a dealer can assign) but it doesn’t mean anything.
It all depends on the zone rep and if they have an allocation to give out or not.

What is it currently and/or what was it and has it been changed to?
