Wow, that is a beautiful car.Pretty cool picture of our 67 fastback that past owner/builder took in 2017. The restoration was done in the mid 90's.

Just got the car out of storage this week and put insurance back on. Was 84 degrees today, big difference from 37 last week.

First time I drove the 90 vert as well, but only drove it 6-8 blocks. No plates yet, and it's highschool prom night....

Backed the vert out. Attempting to start the 67 and fill up the transmission fluid....
I changed the pan, gasket, filter, and shift selector o-rings.

Do you have a lighter photo to highlight the body details?
I got my car back from the detailer after a paint correction and front Xpel wrap. They did an amazing job. It took a lot of work to get the years of sandpaper washes and dealership details corrected. I know I'm going to swirl it up the first time I wash it. I wish I could did a ceramic coating but after buying the car and having it wrapped, I'm tapped out. Maybe this Fall I'll have the doors and rear fenders wrapped. I meant to take pictures at the shop but in my excitement forgot.
This was in an abandoned parking lot where I tried launch control for the first time. Holy Sh!t!!! it is ridiculous. I've never been launched that hard and fast before. My '14 GT with a VMP Gen3R would pull harder from 60 mph up to 130-140-ish but I don't think this would've been too far behind, and it would definitely take it from a stop for obvious reasons (Awd, lighter).
A 1/4 mile would've been an interesting race, but I think the GT would've came around the Porsche mid track. 1/2 mile I think the Porsche would've re-took the GT. These cars run so strong above 100 mph.
