That's one of the best mods I've done to the car. I did it 11 years ago, it was a lot of work but definitely worth it.Took out the irs for a ftbr bushing install.

Definitely a great mod. How long did it take you, Vince?
Bob, it took me a total of about 20 hours over 5 days. That includes getting the old bushings out, which is a job in itself. Getting the drill press and tools set up and bagging every last nut and bolt. I also detailed everything, including the half shafts.
I’m doing the same. Getting the cage, uca’s, lca’s and sway bar powder coated. Then detailing the halfshafts and de-gunking everything else with my steam brush.
I really would like to upgrade all my IRS bushings at some point. My car still does just fine with only the aluminum diff bushings and upgraded subframe bolts.

Finally lowered mine on Koni SA, MM plates and Eibach pro-kit springs. No ISO up front and top in the rear.

Looks great. Did you get all new bolts or just clean up the old ones?
I used all the original nuts and bolts.
I always kept my parts removed separate and labeled, in the order removed. But I didn't go as far as putting them in labeled bags. I love that idea, Vince. Prevents them from possibly getting lost.

After a lengthy wait, got my DB castings back from MHS....all new seats, +1mm Manley valves with bronze guides, "stage 3" PAC springs, 4340 retainers, and a full CNC port / 5 angle valve job. They claim they're good for 1500hp and 9K rpm. I need to go get them flow tested.

It works great. Comes with little brass brushes for detailing your engine and whatnot.
