Terrible looking car, inside and out.
His first cars were based on the 4.6 4V, then started using Coyote based engines. Are they still insanely modded Coyotes?
His cars are like Viagra on Viagra and Steroids.

unless they cut a little more than half off I'd say no on this one. They said what, 2.3 liter free valve for this one?
I definitely missed that.

Except it’s not; it’s a 5.0 bored 4v variant of the 4.6 they purchased and modified. Supposedly the design was based of the Sean Hyland motorsports block. This info came out when they made the “first” N/A modular for the first jesko make 600hp. If you see the engines out of the cars it’s unmistakable. Unless they have made a switch since 2019 to the coyote platform and i’ve not heard this.
I got this information from a modular engine builder with pics of the engines side by side. I always thought it was a different engine.
And here is road and tracks piece on it.
How Koenigsegg Made a Better Ford V-8
Unmistakably Ford based but at this point pretty much just the geometry. Still cool AF, guess it's a decent platform after all. Why reinvent the wheel when you can reinvent the transmission lmao.
FreeValve should make it's way into everyday cars, but I don't think it will due to the bonkers electrification that is rampant in the industry.
