For the record, yes I have a mother, and yes I have a daughter. Neither of them have posted pictures posing next to a vehicle. We here at SVTP have a rule that family members are off limits until they are brought into the conversation by the relative who is a member of SVTP. Your daughter was a member here before you ever thought about joining so you could sell your car. As a member she is fair game for whatever shenanigans she decides to make herself part of. Her posts on the interwebs denigrating SVTP members and staff, Her posts to the internet of herself and her car are all in the public domain with no expectation of privacy.

The fact that she posted information to the web that contradicted information you have posted here made her public post relevant, whether you think it is or not. ergo both you and her are fair game.

In regard to your daughter; according to my knowledge she is an adult. She made the decision to place her own photos into a public forum, which makes those pictures free to the world. The same goes for you, me, or anyone else. There are no copyrights, publishing, or other restraints that bar anyone from utilizing the picture (especially when there is no financial marketing or gain).

Do I have a daughter? Why yes I do. I have two daughters to be exact, as well as a wife. It is possible that I have a mother; I don't think I simply appeared. I can say that I understand the irritation of having my little girls photos online. This is why they do not use social media. Plus they are minors. Your daughter is an adult, and it appears she made a bad choice as we all do.

Are there pictures of my children online? I'm sure they are, my oldest daughter is a performing singer / songwriter. There are videos that others have made. Unless there is slander, there is nothing anyone can do.

My advice to you; leave this forum and ignore any responses. In a short time the fun will wear off and you will be forgotten. As it stands you are fueling the fire. Certainly as an attorney you know this. The other practicing attorneys on this site understand everything I have said.

You do have another option. You can stick around and try to bait people. This will only end with you being banned from the site.
