2008 Shelby purchase

Brand new member here, And I’m glad I found this place! I recently purchased my first Shelby, red w white, 2008 with 8000 miles near perfect condition, all stock, local owned car. I paid 28k, now that I found this svt forum after the purchase I was wondering if I paid a fair price? Either way, I am a proud Shelby owner! Plan on moderately modding the car, starting with suspension first, gotta get rid of that wheel hop before more power.

My 2 cents...you did great. It's a good time to buy '07-'09 GT500's (for that matter any GT500). Got mine for 30k with 900 on the clock & that was in '11. You won't have to deal with the damper/balancer (you'll learn more about this later). Enjoy & congrats as these are fun to drive & are great for mods.

Idk if I’ll have her up on 2 wheels like that, that pic is crazy! I’m already starting to learn the purchase price was just the beginning. Trying to figure out how to get some pics uploaded, hopefully have some up soon. Not very good with a computer. Not sure about mustang week.... don’t really know much about it.....a true greenhorn here
