Pipes are bent too far... plain and simple. A monkey could see that from the pics.
Lethal needs to send replacements to the owners of the defective pipes (AFTER VERIFYING PROPER PIPE ANGLES PRIOR TO SHIPPING) with a return label.
It's their screw up and the customer shouldn't have to pay any additional costs... The frustration of taking the stock exhaust apart for nothing just to reassemble the stock components should be payment enough.

I got a MAC Prochamber with similar bullshit fitment. I sent it back for a full refund and I will never buy mac shitty products again... That should say something... Except this situation is different... where MAC is KNOWN for crap quality parts... Lethal is NOT. They are usually top notch quality. Every manufacturer will run into some issues along the way. It's how a company handles an issue/problem that differentiates a good company from a shady one. I have no doubt Lethal will correct this issue with you guys.

WELL SAID. In regards to how I chose to handle it, I chose to not go back to lethal for it because frankly the hassle of taking the pipe back off the car, killing another afternoon screwing around sending pictures, measurements and having to prove that they have made a mistake, going to box it up and mail it, down time on the car, was not in the cards for me. So... its off to my exhaust guy, who I should have just had him build me one in the first place, to fix and patch the work. Hopefully its cheap, but every time my car ends up there, it never is !

Good luck going forward OP.

Got everything fixed, he ended up taking it completely off the car, throwing away the midsection to cat delete pipe bends (Both were over bent just in a different severity) and making new ones for me. Fits like a glove now. I got charged 100 bucks for that + readjusting and clearencing everything that I had already done before. Bummer but, lesson learned.

OP ended up returning it. I have the aluminized off road H and I had one of the small offset pipes overbent slightly and it was a pain. I have a small leak at that connection. I dont think ill be able to get it to seal 100%.

Why did you resurrect a 2 year old thread to say this^
And since I've been thinking about buying a Lethal H, has this issue been dealt with and fixed? Present day their piece seems to be the go to one for guys that want an H?

I have a lethal X pipe and it fits fine. Same with the over the axle pipes. My car is lower and still have zero issues.
