I've had a 98 cobra for about 2 months now and just yesterday it started making a wired ticking noise, like its pinging but its definately not that. It sounds like I have some valve play. I would like to think I didn't bend a rod. Any input or solutions?

Im wanting to remove the front badge off of my 98 cobra and I don't know of the tool to use to get the two screws holding the badge on....If there is a tool.
