    Low voltage to fuel pump

Hey, thanks for the help. I bought an Ebay unit for 40 bucks in anticipation of this. I pick it up Monday. Will give an update next week. I also plan on replacing the stock fuel pump with a walbro 255 and ditching the BAP. Have a great weekend Cheers Tom

    Low voltage to fuel pump

Just got back from holiday and spent some time with the voltmeter. After a little research, I found there is 12v constant going in to the CCRM (pin 11). With ignition on, there is only 6.5 v going out(pin 5). Still getting the 6.5v at the pump and inertia switch. This ,I assume tells me the...

    Low voltage to fuel pump

It is a 98 cobra donor in a Factory Five Roadster. The engine management is stock cobra stuff with a base tune to delete all emissions and account for the mods. I checked the supply voltage to the BAP, which was 6.8v. Output from the BAP was 3.8v.. weird.

    Low voltage to fuel pump

Hi all. All was going great with my C head, Termi/GT 500 conversion until it just died after warming up before going for a drive. The fuel pump just quit. There is a BAP without any boost control etc. Measured voltage at the pump and am getting g 3.8v. Disconnected the BAP and am now getting...

    Crankcase venting with blower

If I may hijack this thread for a moment.... in my Termi/H122 build I was just going to vent to th atmosphere via catch can and breather. Running a vacuum line to the intake is an option though. Is there an issue with oil vapour gumming up the intercooler in my situation? Thanks Tom

    Yet More TermiGT500

My latest query is regarding the IAT sensor. I was told it is the pictured plug at the back of the blower tucked in near the bypass valve. The problem is there are 4 wires, while the IAT for my 98 has only 2.. the red and yellow/red were twisted together suggesting they are the ones to use. Not...

    Termi/GT500 Conversion Intake

Sounds good. Will do. Pretty much what I thought, but it is always good to ask those with more experience. Termn8, my car is a Factory 5 Cobra. It is an incredibly well built car. An absolute blast to drive. The frame is super ridgid. No flex or shaking, even on the bumpy back roads of the...

    Termi/GT500 Conversion Intake

The plan is to glue some more foam blocks together, extending down in front of the motor. It will be carved and shaped as round and uniform as possible. The more I think about it, I will have to place the MAF down low. There just isn't enough hood clearance on top of the valve cover. I'll...

    Termi/GT500 Conversion Intake

Hi there . All is going well and the motor is back in the car. My next puzzle is to make the intake plumbing. Space is tight , so I have to rout the intake over the valve cove r, keeping as low a profile possible for hood clearance. I am using a 90mm SCT MAF, so, I assume , keeping the volume...

    More Termi/GT500 conversion

Hi all. Well, all is going well on my project and the questions will start flowing... 1. On the gt 500 fuel rail there is a fuel pressure sensor which my harness has no provision for(98 Cobra harness).. there is also a nipple on the sensor body. What can I do here? Can I just remove and put...

    Fuel Line upgrade

I have a coil of 3/8" I'd copper nickel fuel line which will replace the 5/16" line already there. That will go to the engine bay to a return style pressure regulator then to the fuel rail. The regulator has 6an fittings. I am not married to the braided lines however.

    Fuel Line upgrade

For my Termi/GT500 conversion I will need to upgrade my fuel line from 5/16 to 3/8". Any advice on how to do this would be great. I've ordered the hard line and would like to use an6 fittings and braided line to the engine. That seems fairly straight forward, but it is where I need to connect to...
