I can get an 02 with a chip, tune, exhaust, 8lb pulley, AEM intake, and 20" wheels(I'd rather have the stock wheels), that is supposedly making 426 HP at the wheels

Needs to be 2003 or newer I have 13k to spend and I'm looking for a decent truck everything else is negotiable. But i will lean towards DSG or Silver. It's more about the mileage though.
