I had magnaflow on my last car and Bassani on my current one. Both catted X pipes. Fit and quality are the same and they both are on stock manifolds and magnaflow catback.
I did this swap years ago. Keep the 01 harness. Extend the IAT wires to the lower intake where the IAT2 is located on the eaton cars. The alternator wiring isn't hard either. I bought the pigtail for the alternator and the IAT2 and wired them in. I also ran the 03 tank and it bolted right...
I thought about that too because I like to have the factory gauges working too. I don't see why it wouldn't work. I know I can't run the gauge in the side of the block like many do because the mechancial temp sensor bottoms out. I'm fine with a T fitting it works.
I bought one of your coolant crossover plugs for a temp sensor years ago and was wondering if you still made them. I have a 99 cobra and need one to fit the autometer mechanical water temp gauge sensor.
I need one that will fit into the OEM coolant crossover and then accept a mechanical autometer temp sensor. Autometer says that the blue nut on the mechanical temp sensor is 5/8"-18 UNF Female and they sell a 3/8" adapter that the sensor will screw right into. Has anyone used this and had...
They had them a couple months ago. I bought one from Lethal Performance in the fall and their site said it was in stock and it wasn't. Took a few months, but it finally came in. If i had it to do over again I'd have went to Maximum Motorsports directly.
Looking to see if anyone knows of someone who has the facility to install a T56 in a 99 cobra. I have the T56, T56 mount, clutch with new bolts, aluminum flywheel with new bolts, rear main seal, clutch cable, firewall adjuster and quadrant all from maximum motorsports. I have an OEM Ford pilot...
It's worth it depending on if you can buy a true complete kit. Worst part is having to grind the knock sensor mounts off in the intake valley. I did one and was happy with it. Never had any issues and it made 417/389 rwhp/rwtq at 11.7 AFR, 8#s of boost and 12* timing. Car had mid 400s for hp...
