i jus installed the new upr x pipe for my 98 cobra,, and it sounds like the pipe is hitting something. there wansnt any hanger for the pipe, so can i buy a hanger and do it my self?? or is it something else... thanks and also does the comp. need to be re programmed, its blowing out white smoke...
