So me and my girlfriend took out her gt tonight and I happened to run into my freind in his 01 cobra. His car's mods are shorty headers, O/R X,catback, steeda pulleys,3.55 short shifter and JLT cai. Mods I put on the gt are O/R H, weld in flows, bbk pulleys,3.73, and bbk cai. Here's the runs I let off befor 5th in both. I thought the gt did dang good.. wha do you guys think?

That is a good race but that gt shouldn't have even been close to the 4v!

The camera is in the GT.. ya this GT has always ran good for some reason.. getting a predator for it soon too.

those gt's WAKE UP with 3.73... My buddy put them in his 01.. and omfg It woke it up.. he sold it then went through a few cars. and bought an 03 gt now.. Has headers, few other little bolt ons.. And its no where near as fast as his old one..

The 99-04 gt's are a good run for the 99-01 cobras. I raced a 99 and pulled him by 1/2 car and stayed that way.

My mod are CAI, TB an TB plenum, UD pulleys, OR X pipe, Flowmaster cat back, 3.73 gears and weld drag lights(oh yea driver mod). The best the car has ran is 13.5's at 104 on street tires. I need some DRAG radials bad!

What mods do you have? We all no that the 99's are down on power to start with. I wish some 99-01 cobra's in my area would play!!!
