Put the alternator on, and swapped all the metco idler pulleys. Trying to clean this turd up!

I put a KMJ alternator in mine a couple months ago. F me it was frustrating, but I got it done.Tackling the alternator, new rotors, and such on the black coupe. Yeehaw.
Oh man I have a puller I would have sent to you.Don’t worry boys, JLT intake already installed, got the 2.7 pulley getting ready to go on. Just waiting for my pulley puller, and X4 to come in.
Yeah this is basically my off season. My truck showed 106 today. No way I’m driving my cars in this shitFunny how different the driving season is.
Mine is basically parked until the fall.
Hitting 90+ everyday and there’s never cloud cover so you just get baked in a car, and I have to pay off the inspection guy to let me go with how dark my tint is.

The puller I had gotten didn’t work for some reason. It’s supposed to work for my GT500. Unsure about that. I appreciate that though. I’m not opposed if you want to send her my way, I’ll send her back !I put a KMJ alternator in mine a couple months ago. F me it was frustrating, but I got it done.

Sold the drag wheel setup and acquired staggered chrome cobras for it.
New front brakes and redid the paint on the calipers all around
2 step paint correction and then ceramic coated
Added new exhaust. Magnaflow was a little loud for taste.
Hope to have it done and back on the ground tonight so I can put some miles on it this weekend.

No tune but reset the computer to re-learn. i.e. disconnect the battery for 10 mins.Dumb question. Do I need a tune with the JLT intake? Some places say yes, some say no. Was thinking it could be a good first mod to have my wife install and start learning some wrenching.
Negative sir. Mine is not tuned, and it runs just fine. I’ve had the intake on for about 800 miles or so city driving mostly, with some spirited driving. You should be just fine sir.
How much longer is your belt with that snub idler?? I ordered a Vmp blower and a bunch of parts. I have the same pulley kit Id like to install it like yours is in the pic! New blower is only going on next winter.View attachment 1748987

This is what makes it tough for us guys up north. We still get nasty humidity and temps in the 90's during the summer. I don't drive in that crap. Then like a light switch it's winter . Fall is the best, but never long enough.Funny how different the driving season is.
