uh....you didn't actually address any of the arguments made...and you made a strawman.

I get it if you don't want to watch a video about it and all...but what a weird way to respond if that's what you meant.

Is it strawman if it's right? The court has decided lil buddy, it is what it is.

Huh? I'm not sure if you're kidding, but ASP have always been 2A advocates. They just care that people be smart about how they handle their rights.

That's not the end-all be-all of legality.

A grand jury was presented a case and they decided accordingly, true. But what they had to weigh was largely dependent on what the prosecutor presented and how it was presented.

I can almost guarantee that if this case was somewhere in California or NY under their AG's purview, they'd have presented this in a way that a GJ won't have a choice but to file charges.

There was never any threat to the pipsqueak's life until he brought out a deadly weapon that the other guy could have taken and used.
Sure it was his property and all, but it's not like the dad was a stranger who was breaking into his house. I love guns and I'm 100% for using them to shoot and kill bad guys. That's just not what happened there. He used a gun to end an argument.

ASP might be 2A advocate, but that heifer made some pretty dumb points that would suggest otherwise (in regards to her own personal beliefs)… lol

Typical democrat response! Lol

Yep, its the home owner’s fault that the guy trespassed… Yep, its the home owners’s fault that the guy got aggro… Yep, home owner’s fault that guy decided to batter/assault him… And finally, yep, home owner’s fault that the guy grabbed at his rifle…

Definitely home owner’s fault… had he not dated the man’s ex or been home, none of this would have happened!!!

**** his RIGHT and TX LAW that says he is entitled to defensive display of firearm. Who the **** does he think he is, a human being or something?!?!

You can go **** yourself. Seriously. Call me a ****ing Democrat then go on and argue some imagined point of view I never expressed. Who the **** are you calling a democrat?

I didn't say who's fault it was, I said he used a gun to end an argument. That's what inner-city thugs and complete bitches do.

When someone calls me a democrat, it makes me want to go inside get my gun and get in their face to see what happens next.

Disagree. If I am in fear for mine or my family’s immediate safety, yes, no questions asked until the dude is laying lifeless on my front porch. Then they can ask all the questions they want…

However, I’ve been in worse altercations and yelling matches than this, way back in middle school, and I was the runt back then.

He could have just as easily calmed the dad down as he did making him more pissed off. And It wasn’t like he didn’t know the guy, so it wasn’t like a stranger on his property. Did the guy think the dad was really going to beat him to death? Doubtful. He was afraid of getting his ass kicked and obviously isn’t a fighter. Had he been, he would have beat the dads ass and then called the cops. He introduced the gun to intimidate. Period. It didn’t work.

I was always taught from about 5 years old that if you pull a gun, you pull it to use it. Not pull it to intimidate and maybe use it if necessary...Pull. Aim. Fire.

Had this been me, I would have warned him to get the **** off my property before he catches an ass whoopin. If he didn’t, I would have beat his ass. Plain and simple. I still can’t fathom that the thought of grabbing a gun in this situation would have ever cross anyones mind.

Unfortunately, I have also been in many altercations in my lifetime… plenty of fun was had bumping chests and doing breath checks on strangers. That was fun in my 20s… Not so much anymore… Specially not allowing that to happen while at home with a family of my own to protect and look out for.

You prefer to scrap it out? I do not. I am pretty competent with my hands but Im not leaving shit to chance, specially not with a fam.

If you give me a reason to lawfully end you, I will gladly take the invite and assist ya. No remorse. No hurt feels on my part. No care for you.

We shall agree to disagree.

That was my hope. I made a post about the topic. Someone couldn't reply to my comments.
