Make the switch, you won't regret it. If you can wait a month or two they'll start going on sale to clear stock for the new pixel.
Had Pixel 2XL and moved to Pixel 3XL when it was released. I'll be going to the 4XL next month as well.
I've had a lot of phones in the past few years, and find zero reason to change from the Pixels.
Running Android without all the bloat is incredibly noticeable for performance. Best camera on the market by far (Pixel 4 rumored to have even better camera).
IMO, Pixel with a 3rd party launcher = perfect phone.
I've had all of the Samsung Note series phones. I'm contemplating switching to the Pixel series.
Has anyone done this? Pros, cons?
Went with a 6T instead of the Pixel. The lack of ram and negative reviews really put me off.
6T has been my favorite phone yet. Although the wife has a Huawei P20 Pro who's camera puts everything I've seen to shame.
Which launcher do you use?

The Pixel will perform as a phone better with less long term problems than Samsung by far. The still camera is miles better as is software support. The hardware will last longer too. If you want a phone that accesses the internet and plays nice with apps the Pixel is the clear winner.I think I'd probably go ahead and get the new Pixel.
How's the rest of the Huawei P20 though?
Almost thought Apple got serious, but then I saw those prices are when you trade in an iPhone X.Apple iPhone 11 announcement event live blog
Interesting. But not earth shattering. I’ll stop the thread theft now. Haha.
now they are following trends that are 2 years old.
I have to disagree. The orginal, 3g and 4 rocked the damn world. Many would argue (and rightfully so) that that's the way Apple has always been with mobile devices.
