I don't have any real recommendations since I have not really investigated them all. I get pissed at them because they all want a monthly fee to use their cloud storage and I refuse to do that The internet of things will never make inroads to my house more than it already has. so I am looking at alternatives that I can cobble together that will work the way I want it to. But it has been on the back burner for awhile now. may have to move it up now that I am workingI had two Rotties as a first LOD. Maybe second LOD if you count the chihuahua.
Sadly, the big dogs crossed the Rainbow Bridge a few years ago.
be careful with what you get. MOST camera systems anymore require you to put stuff you want to watch later in the Cloud. a goodly share of them have been hacked and video stolen and posted to the web.
