I don't like the fact that all issues must be settled by arbitration, and on top of that, it must be done in Marin County (Bay Area). Mediation....well lets just say if it gets to that, best case scenario you leave the table just a little unhappy.

Been using it for a few days now and I think it was a well spent $20.
The sharks would maybe show interest IF it was beyond an idea/concept. They'd expect it to have been developed and tested, and that the financial profits were solid. I love that show, by the way. I watch it all the time.

Ok guys, spoke with the owner of Integral App Studio today. He was rather excited about the idea, and is 90% sure it has not been done yet. If it has been done, he said they are doing a poor job at marketing etc which is ok for me too.
He is going to do some research and get to me on Thursday at some point.
After I get an "ok" from him, I can hopefully let the cat out of the bag, and let you guys in on the deets.
Bottom line is, he told me I should start looking for a few investors that want to get in on this.
