I got her pregnant, so I'm good for a while
You only think you're good for a while.

In a few months the building and cars won't matter as much. Before you know it, the little one will take over the shop space and you will sit back and smile.

You're probably right Revvv. I'm not worthy of all I've been blessed with

... and when you have your badass cars sitting in there, right next to it will be a chalk drawing of a stick figure person with a stick figure dog and a swirly. I love kids. Can't wait to have some with my ol lady

Nice shop!! Going to be awesome, when it’s all done. One thing I’ve seen people doing that I really like is putting up lofts for items that don’t need to be on the ground like air compressor, heaters, storage shelves. And it cuts down on noise.

An air compressor running upstairs in a shop will be loud due to you creating a drum.

If I were building there would be a small closet on the exterior to house the compressor, right next to the HVAC. They can make noise together outside.

Building materials, Steel and insulation delivered today

We have to wait 10 days for the cement to cure before it can be erected. I hope the materials don't grow legs and walk off between now and then.
