I agree with whoever else mentioned it, have them wall off the air compressor.

My dad had it done in their garage when they built the house and just closing the door on it was a monumental difference. It wasn't even insulated for whatever reason.

Who manufactures it? Have a link you can share?
Produced the drawings, plans, and CAD and submitted them to a company called, "United Structures of America" who manufactured the pieces to my specification.
I then contacted an erector who came and unloaded the building materials and is building it.

The building erection was completed today. Gutters and trim pieces were installed and windows were put in.

Next are doors, then building out the bathroom/utility room and electrical wiring. There is still a lot to do but it's definitely close.
I also have to decide about the floors. I was kind of thinking about staining the concrete. I think that could look classy.
