Anyone else frustrated with Ford over the next GT500?

According to the sales rep I'm number one. The only reason I put a deposit down so early is because he guaranteed me MSRP with no ADM. And the five hundred bucks for the deposit is refundable so I figure what do I have to lose? Even if I'm disappointed with the car I'm not really committed to anything. But something tells me based on prior performance that Ford won't be disappointing with its Halo.

Where do you stand in the list?

That's awesome man. Good for you. Good luck.
Now, do you have to take what car the dealership orders or can you order the car you want?

Why would he have to take what the dealership wants to order? lol

I 'm not sure Nick. I've never done something like that and I was just inquiring.

Oh gotcha.

He's basically buying the allocation. If the dealer already had it on the way, then it would be take what they ordered.

Im first in line with no deposit, msrp. My dealer is ready to take the order when banks open. Unfortunately it's not known the availability or if there will be a KR version, so even tho I'm down for it doesn't necessarily mean I'll get the one that I'm interested in. We'll see soon enough I guess.

I have bought over $600,000 worth of Mercedes in the last five years. All I got was two ****ing baseball hats!
Bought one $130,000 Hino last month and got 1 toque. Lmao.
Bought 4 fords over the same period of time and got nothing... except for two free café mochas from the coffee machine in the show room. I was also told that even if I put down a $10,000 deposit that I would have pay adm of $50,000-$100,000, or whatever they think they can get. I have the text from the manager to prove it.

It will be the same as the GT350 as far as I know. The dealer has to pay 1k a year and they will get at least one GT500. Find a dealer from a farming area that only sells trucks and tell the owner you’ll pay full msrp and his 1k to get the GT500 if he’ll sell you the one he gets.

I'd love to see a buyer order anyone has in writing saying they have the first allocation for the next GT500 at MSRP...(with customer info blocked out of course).
