If you want a street beast put the smallest set of twins on that can reach your power goals with a bit of room to grow that's why I'm thinking the 62's should be perfect, you could also do 67's for a bit more room to grow, the auto will help a lot that's my 2 cents. Just remember tho lots of guys that go insane high rwhp on the street end up hating there cars because they become a hassle FYI

Why not just do a hpp upper and Sullivan lower. Best setup IMO. Then do twins.

Mustang magics twin turbo auto Mach 1 swapped to a hpp upper Sullivan lower from his Mach 1 intake and picked up power everywhere and the car went faster without sacrificing anything.

The sullivans are recommended for cars revving above 7k. THey don't really start to pull away from stock intakes until you make it past 6800. I only plan to push the motor to 6800-7000 so that intake wouldn't compliment my setup. Believe me I want the intake because it looks sweet. Especially with the Sullivan upper intake as well coming down the center. But I am not going to sacrifice more power because of looks of the intake.

This is my buddies ride on 12lbs of boost only with twin 62's, built boss block, HPP upper intake manifold, with a sullivan lower. There is no sullivan upper. The mach 1 that switched over to this intake setup showed power gains through out the entire power band. Not just up top. Maybe the hpp upper made it more "street friendly?" Im going by the dyno chart. The hp gain was HUGE and the mph was much better.

again, this is only 12lbs with big turbo's.

I guess its like eaton vs a big twin screw. keep us posted with your build man. Im sure its going to be fast

I meant that there is no Sullivan upper on the Mach 1 and comp orange cobra that mustang magic built. I'm aware of the Sullivan upper intake. I had one and sold it bc I didn't have the funds to go turbo.

The cobra in that video was a low 8 second car. 4r70w swap. Freddy brown. It is a sweet ride. My buddy was in the car who filmed it then I went for a ride. But I went on the highway. On 12 lbs the car was retarted. If I had a tt cobra like that, I would roll around on 12 and maybe 17 lbs tops if needed with the boost scrable button. You would destroy 90 % of what is just cruising on a regular drive on low boost.

The car in the video just had 62's. He told me the cobra intake wasn't going to support what he wanted to do. For what I see you want to do I would just go cobra intake.

I believe he's set on the looks vs performance aspect of the Sullivan intake, there's multiple threads on Sullivans being dogs for "street cars" and it has already been explained to him on page one, not trying to be a dick just u keep asking the same question. Run the Sullivan that's what's in your head and are wanting to do.

Mixed reviews or not,the sullivan is a DOG on the street.
If your looking for a badass street car,6262 or 6466 at most with a cobra intake.

The sullivans definitely look better but I won't sacrifice power and performance for looks. Just thought I would ask. Still finding threads and opinions I would say that claim the Sullivan is better than cobra. No real dyno proof but from most of my recent findings and the advice that a lot have said recently said that a cobra intake would be better. So I will look for a cobra or mach 1 intake and save some money over the Sullivan

I just don't see how a car will pick up low and midrange AFTER swapping a sully on. Op my personal opinion on rhis is go with a cobra intake and some 62s. That's what I run and I love it. I still have the t56 and it's very street friendly. I'd only swap over if I started revving past 6500 and threw an auto in the car.

You will make more peak power with the sully but the area under the curve will suffer. The loss under the curve outweighs the peak gains imo.

Next question is with the cobra or mach 1 intake what is the best throttle body? Is it best to leave it a dual and go with like a 60mm accufab or cut out the center and run a single blade?
