This is cool. I got in on SNPK last week around .29, it's at 1:50 now, projected to hit around $3. Didn't have much movement today...

^ heard of that, but since I'm new to the game I thought I'd just sit this one out and watch what happens with SNPK. It's being pumped, no?

I advise you guys look into Bizzingo (BIZZ.OB). They have some big things planned in the next couple months including a deal with China which allows the site to be accessed there. Essentially it is a business to business networking website (companies pay $100/yr fee), with some big names involved. The promising thing is many of the executives opted to be paid in stock options rather than a salary which is always promising. Last but not least I received word yesterday that they just signed a big name celebrity as their head spokesperson. I'm not at liberty to discuss this yet but all the signs are pointed in the right direction and i'm currently sitting on 10,000 shares.

no, it shouldn't, it is for the discussion of any stocks or stock picks.
OK, it is what it is. The rules are:

Leave it to members to do their own research on if they should buy or not but you may give your opinion on what or why you think it is a pick WITHOUT getting into too much detail.

I do play P&Ds
Pumping up a security on the Pink Sheets works well as long as you know exactly when do dump it?

You are long:
Here are my most recent buys and sells.

KBH KB Homes bought at 5.25, sold at 12.40 five months later. plan on re-buying if it continues to fall. It's now at 8.28
Profit 136 %

GE General Electric bought at 14.35, still holding at 19.49, up 35.78%

Verizon bought at 33.26, still holding at 37.60, up 13.24 %

SWHC Smith & Wesson Handgun Corp bought at 2.50, still holding at 8.29, up 231.07 %

SPY Spiders bought at 94.61, still holding at 139.79, up 32.25 %
Nice. You did well

You had great timing with KBH. You bought low and sold high. What is your target price upon re-entry?

GE was another great pick. You bought is at its low. Good job.

You bought F at its multi-year low. Good job.

I bought another 80k shares at .0024 put in the buy on Friday for .0025 and it dropped another .001 before the order when in WOOT!.
How can you buy a put option for $0.0024?

Put and call options are a little different than buying a stock for future appreciation (going long) or shorting (betting on downside weakness)?

I mentioned my "holds". The stop losses were not triggered in the market this week.

What are you buying (or shorting) today? Do you use put and call options? Stop losses?

I have some ammo going forward. What should I buy tomorrow? Should I hedge it with stop losses or options?

I think SNPK is going to hit about $3 and that's when I plan on moving on. I also have my eyes on Bizzingo now thanks to the poster above...

You mis read what I posted. I should have put a comma after .0024. I put in the buy order on Friday with a buy price of .0025. I hit it right and actually got them at .0024.

Sorry, I am still kind of new to the trading world. Made a couple good/bad moves on Etrade but I am hoping this thread helps out a bit :).

Can someone tell me how to find BIZZ.OB? I want to check this out. Has it made an initial offering?

Which online account do most of you recommend for small trading? Etrade, Scotttrade, etc? Like others, I have a 401k, but have always wanted to set up an online account with a small amount to trade.

Thanks for the information on this thread as well.
