It warms up, just feels like it never will this time of year. I know it doesn't really matter to a lot of you guys, but have you taken your car to the track? Just curious how it runs if you have. I've seen it in action on videos, but I've also seen 03/04 Cobras from 440-600 wheel running worse than either Cory or myself. Just saying. I've also seen a similarly setup Z06 to yours running 11.7 @ around 118 or so. It's very believable that you are beating these guys. Especially when the above mentioned Cobra tards run from 114-120 and the 120 was the highest I saw from the non-driving bastard with a Kenne Bell and 620 wheel. Makes me sad to see that.

Yeah I took the car to the track once, a "ghetto track" and never really got to finish a complete run. So i got a 13.8 @93 and a 13.0 @108....IIRC.. Lol...

Yes garret has Zyborgs mods with a fast intake. he went 11.60 at 120. I beat him by 2 cars in the heat with all my previous issues. And garret will tell you he stole the hit. lol it was all in fun.
Actually, yes, my car should be at around 11.6 @ 120 also...
What kind of race did you do with him?
"previous issues" i take it you mean ic pump acting up, which is an intermitent issue. Most than likely it didnt afect you on that race if you in fact beat that vette guy by 2 cars.... Im also going to take a guess and say you are a way better driver than the vette guy....

Corys car is much faster now then it was then. he has fixed some fuel issues since then. he had a hesitation in between shifts. that has since been ifxed with the pprv delete. I raced the same vet before my cam and beat him by a few cars. and cory is giving me a run with my cam now.
And I think cory is a better driver than everyone he races...

We can debate and argue all day long. I think you take a big advantage by the higher rolls. its street racing you just never know whats going to happen. both of your cars suprise people.....

I wonder how we could get this to happen?...I would be down for a road trip. Once I get my exhaust on my GS, I would love to race zyborg. Got to show that the northern states can roll with the south lol.

For what it's worth, the other Z06 they are talking about did run that number and isn't in the "should" run that number category :-D
He isn't a bad driver either. I have seen what Cory's car normally does at the track and the night he ran his best ET, the mph was down 4 in the 1/4. I'd believe that his I/C pump was going out then. I was also at the track that night and the air was good, so I'd say he was having issues with the car then. Only way to find out is to run, but unfortunately the distance is an issue. I'm sure you guys can figure it out eventually. Until then, his car is faster :coolman: Haha....

no it dosen't. cory and zyborg have blasted cars on the street that run faster times at the track. thats the point....

track times and street racing is 2 different worlds. The vette I raced is a very good driver. People could argue all day who win between me and zyborg. But yes I say with confidence i would win. Distance is a huge issue. I am sure it will never happen....so we can just continue to bench race.
