Zone 5 MDM Connector

I have a connector from a Zone 5 MDM that got "busted" and would appreciate some help identifying it.
As of now, I am unable to contact mjchip and the site has been removed. Any info on how to contact him would be appreciated.
Have searched and looked at 50K pics but have not found it and have no idea how to match it up.
Below are some pics of the connector. If you have any idea on what it is or where I should look please let me know.
This might also help others in the future who are running the MDM.

How vital is that disconnect? Worst case, just replace it with some insulated spade connectors then wrap them in some F4 tape.

I remember that Fore made the MDM cases for Zone 5. Fore is also gone, but has a new venture. May you could contact the new Fore establishment and see what they know? Here is their new contact information.

Good idea to contact Fore. I will give it a shot.

SBM, it connects to the MDM, so it is vital to use this connector.
I hear you about butchering it up with another connector. Might wind up doing it that way, but for now I'd like to stay "stock" with the plug-n-play.

Where do you fellas go when you need to look up/match up a connector?
