Yokohama AVS ES100 vs. Falken Ziex ZE-512

It's tire time for me and I'm on a tight budget. I'd like some comparison and opinion on these two tires and any others similiarly priced. I'm currently running the Falkens and am very happy with them since switching from Nittos. Better treadlife, good street tire, though they don't hook quite as well as the Nittos, they're very close. I'm in the market for a 275/40/17 tire as well. Just wanted to hear what others think.

The yoko avs 100 is not that great of a tire. They are very noisy, and I only got about 11000 miles out of them. I would choose another brand.

Thanks guys. I did some more research and the BFGs aren't as high priced as I thought. I'll definately be going that route.

In that price range, the BFG Sport would be my pick as well for the car.
