Yet another spark plug question

I read on this forum a while back that the motorcraft 22FMI spark plugs are the same heat range as NGK TR6's is this true?
Started pulling my plugs to due the swap and saw I have 22FM1 from the factory.
One more question, why are the TR6's so hard to get started? I am talking about the intial hand thread into the head.

I thought that TR6=IT20=12FM1. These are one heat range colder than the 22FM1 plugs.

See, finally getting a pulley.. have spark plug question thread. Quoting Got Grunt on the TR6 and 22FM1 being the same heat range.

I put a small dab of anti seize on the plug's. They still are a pain in the butt to start. The stock plugs will go back in with little or no drama. I'm thinking I may of got some bad plugs, one but only one went in with no problems.
