Incredible pictures! How close were you for the bear pic?

She was probably inside 100 yards. Maybe 70yds. I was on a ridge about 30 feet higher then her too.

Awesome pics.... all 254! My wife and I plan on going out there in a couple of years after I pick up a new truck. My biggest question is how much time did you set aside for that trip. I want to be able to take all that in as well.

If you enjoyed YS, do yourself a huge favor and go to Glacier National Park next time. It's about 100x nicer than YS.

Now if you want some REAL scenery, check out Glacier...

We should have done glacier on that trip but the drive was a little long. I'll have to be sure and make it out there soon.

I used two bodies, 5d3 and 7d with a 24-70l and 100-400l, respectively. All the shots taken with the 24-70 had a cpl
