it just slides on the port...get down there with a flash light and see whats going on. I would hold on to the obd port with one hand and pull straight out with the other.
ya, i got it out... i just went into a panic i guess because it was literally ripping the mounting bracket off.... then once i got it off, it was kind of like a bug going to a bug zapper. Tried it again and it slid right off.... whatever...
