How new are they? What kinda condition are the discs in? Controller come with the battery pack?

The Black Ops disc and MW3 were both purchased the day they came out.. Black Ops is in pretty good condition and MW3 is in very good condition the controller hasn't been used all that much and does come with the battery pack that takes two double a batteries... I'm not home right now but when I do get back up there I can snap some photo's of it all
