i just got this cobra its a 97 it has headers and a catless x pipe i need to put cats on to pass emissions so how can i tell for sure if they are shortys/mid or lt so i know what x pipe to get thanks they are lt thanks

where are the collectors located underneath the car. also might help what brand of headers you have. JBA and Bassani are the only makers of midlengths that I know of.
they are long tubes im now trying to figure out the brand i dont see a name anywhere and they are a bit rusty so they must have just had a paint finish. i also didnt realize the x pipes may have to match brand wise . how can i tell the brand any dead give aways?
if they were black- then they were hookers. most header brands have a nameplate on a primary that you can see barely from the engine bay. as for brand specific mid pipes- I've not found this to be the case, most midpipes made for longtubes as long as the diameters match up are good to go.
