As stated in my PM, this unit, of course, works with the 03 Cobra. I used it with my 03 Cobra.
If you are going to "take it", send the money, if not, please dont say that you are.
I say this b/c I just had a problem with someone saying 3 weeks ago that they wanted an item I was selling, but they never sent the money. Then when I sold it someone else yesterday, they are now complaining that I sold it out from under them.
Sorry but I didnt see that it was locked. Not sure how big of a deal it is to unlock it. Thats why Im waiting

does it come with the cables to hook up to a PC/laptop? I know its not a standard USB cable like the Xcal2
