They are powdercoated a wet coat of black. Wheels can come with or without tires. Preferrably WITH. I have 255/35/18 and 275/38/18 Michelin Pilot Tires with over 85% tread. I have them off since powder coated was done today.
I would love some staggered bullits or go back to saleens but will check other offers as well.
I am asking for $1000 plus $140 for shipping. OBO
