WTT my 95GT for a 94/95 cobra

I have a 95Gt 5spd with only 80k on it. It has 17in 03 chrome Cobra rims, flowtech headers, Bassani x-pipe, flowmaster super 40s, underdrive pulleys with smog delete pulley, MSD distributor w/ blaster coil, ford racing plug wires, 3.73s, steeda tri-ax, subframe connectors, and K&N cold air intake. It is maroon in color, full black leather interior, It has mach 460 sound system with a 10 disc sony cd changer in the trunk, power everything including driver side seat. IT just had new plugs and plug wires and oil changed. I would like to trade for a 96-up cobra

Sorry if this is a NOOB comment (I don't know a whole lot about the 5.0's), but isn't the main difference between 5.0 Cobra and GT just intake, maybe some heads?
