I do alot of hwy driving and I like to cruise at 80mph. I'd prefer the gas mpg, plus when I turbocharge the car, the longer gears will be a bit nicer. I work at a performance shop and they can do the work, I just need to double check on price. The swap will be about $500 total which I'm willing to split.

And the reason you simply don't pop in a spanking new set of Ford Racing gears in your choice of ratio is. ........?

Just curious.

I hear ya man, I dont want a night and day difference, just a small difference. I think the 3.55's would serve me quite well. Bump if anyone is interested!

I too have a stock GT500 rear assembly with 3.31's if you are interested in a swap, +/- cash, etc. It has 10,xxx miles and no issues.
