I have a 1999 cobra irs with a torsen diff and 3.73 gears. Has polyurethane diff and subframe bushings. When the 3.73s were installed they were not adjusted properly and it whines when driving :bash: It will also come with a polished slp lm2 catback h&r sport springs and bilstien shocks. Wanting to trade it for solid axle with some mods and complete catback

I have a 2002 GT 8.8 on my 96 mustang (Stock 3.27 Gears). Right now it has upr eibach pro kit springs, and tokico blue shocks. I have saleen bilstein shocks and a magnaflow magnapacks cat back brand new in the box. I've been thinking about swapping to an IRS to get a smoother ride on the street. I was looking for an 01 or 03-04 IRS, but I don't plan on ever doing anything that can break a 99 IRS. How bad is the gear whine?

It's a constant whine. I've gotten used to it but other people that have been in the car can hear it right away.
